@ArpComics One of the most positive evolutions in my own coping ability was figuring out that finishing tasks actually didn’t give me any dopamine.
Once I pieced that out and what DID (organizing, simplifying, and making sense of things), I was able to monitor my perceived levels and either prioritize in a better way or find a shim to carry me through.
Don’t get me wrong — it’s still not great for me, but it is better…
