My patience these days for non-native English speakers providing #techsupport is ZERO. They’re not much better than ‘ai’ and getting the right answer is like pulling teeth. I try to give all the details needed to answer my question and they ignore most of it, don’t understand what they do pay attention to, and give the quickest answer they can that is vaguely related to what I asked. It’s frustrating as hell, they’re just hurdles in trying to get anything done.

This thing is ridiculous AND I MUST HAVE IT. I’ve long wanted a hardware sampler and the #TeenageEngineering –133 k.o.2 caught my attention for being feature-packed while being usable with batteries to reduce friction. Just spent the last few days switching from #LastPass to #ProtonPass for passwords and #MFA. LastPass’ security f ups are well documented and I don’t trust them. I would’ve switched to Proton Pass sooner had I realized that my paying for #Protonmail included upgraded #password management. The clincher for me: Proton Pass includes #2FA! No more using a separate app, Proton Pass will copy & paste MFA codes too!
