O M G this looks emotional and compelling. The first movie blew my mind so much that I didn’t even notice that #MilesMorales did not have his tragedy yet. Not only does the #animation look gorgeous but now the whole chased by the League of Spider-people (I just made that up AND said it in Lucas Lee’s voice) thing makes more sense. Looks like this one will live up to the first #movie (which I saw 3x in the theatre) and I MUST see it in #IMAX again.

Interestingly, YouTube served up the #Indian #trailer for me first and there are some HUGE differences compared to the US version. They focused completely on drama, with a couple of laughs thrown in. No mention of The Spot. And tied it into the live action movies to clue newcomers in. They know what sells in #Bollywood! Check it:

I had a major breakthrough yesterday, #singing at full volume in front of someone else. Usually I sing alone in the car, pretty damn loudly according to my watch‘s decibel warnings. I’ve long wanted to sing in bands & stuff and I recently realized that #anxiety strangled my voice when I tried – and even affected my normal speaking voice, making it much higher pitched than it should be. So singing at full volume in the car with our 19yo is a big deal 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽. #adhd #music #smallwins

This was one of the most adorable things I’ve seen in ages – a youngun discovers that she loves #ProWrestling after having managed to avoid it for years. I can see the avoiding part, I met all of 1 friend in college who enjoyed it (the rest of them were snooty dicks desperate for alternative street cred*). This also hit home as our 14yo watched a little wrestling with me over the past year and found that they liked #IyoSky (and now #Asuka too) because of their style & attitude. (Not coincidentally, they’re into manga & anime so I suspect they’re like crazy anime characters come to life.) adhd brain not really
Sooooooo this year has been, um… what’s the opposite of whirlwind -quicksand? My mental state has been absolute crap this year. I had 2 incredible, brain fog free weeks after opening up to a therapist for the first time in December. Then it slowly crept back over the holiday break and came back full force in January. That was when I learned that #brain-fog is a symptom of #depression. And I realized that all the years I thought I was not depressed I was actually depressed. I did a bang-up job of burying my emotions, how healthy 😆😭😆😭😆 The last 2 months have been crappy. I’m ridden with brain fog, generally unmotivated, and getting by with the bare minimum.
