I stopped taking #Adderall daily 3w ago because I wasn’t sure it was really making a big difference. I had skipped it unintentionally a couple of days in the month prior and didn’t notice, which is what got me thinking about stopping. Instead of the XR I now have the regular kind for use as needed, so I had one yesterday and was pretty productive and focused over the course of the afternoon. But I fucking woke up at 5:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep. The stuff is not going to be very useful if it fucks with my sleep and worsens my symptoms the following day 😑 #adhd

Hey – it’s #lettering I don’t hate! I’ve been messing with #blockletters and finally made something that didn’t suck. Sooooooo I stopped taking my #ADHD meds almost 2 weeks ago. I was feeling less & less motivated over time and running more on autopilot; I realized that happened slowly over the last 2 years. Without the #adderall my mind is a lot fuzzier, my #timeBlindness is raging, and my short-term #memory is Fd – but I also feel happier and more present. The only negative is I actually get irritated and/or crabby now, but it’s on me to be aware of my feelings.

I cracked 2 big nuts regarding the #merch #business I’m working on: 1) using one Affinity template file to create multiple products AND their #mockups, and 2) using #Google Sheets, Docs, and Scripts to create copy for every product (title, categories, tags, & descriptions for each type of merch). Ideally I’d be able to pull the data into #WordPress, but that’s a nut to be cracked at a later date, once I’m done pulling a #BarryHorowitz.
I started watching #ThePrimevals last night and it is an AWESOME BLAST FROM THE PAST! The #stopmotion #animation is exquisite and everything about the production – the shots, the blocking, the color grading – feels like a #film made before 1982. And it’s a straight up B #movie with tacky dialogue and bad acting. I’m looking forward to watching the rest, apparently the story gets batshit crazy.

Failing #DollarStores is a good thing. Now if we could only change the entire concept of #stocks and #shareholders to prevent a ridiculous focus on growth & numbers to building sustainable #businesses that pay #LivingWages and are not focused on squeezing profit from a stone.
