Is there any interest in a series of #WordPress / #GeneratePress / #WooCommerce #videos where I build a print-on-demand #merch site from scratch? I always want to share what I know but the lack of time usually puts the kibosh on it.

UPDATE: the About page is done! I know I’m in serious #hyperfocus mode when I skip my morning leisure reading time and go straight to working on a project. In this case, it’s my almost-finished adhd blog. I have to tighten up the #CSS (ie styles/look/feel), write an About page & welcome post, and optimize the site for performance. It’s not going to get done today, but there will be progress.

#DaftPunk mixed their first two albums on a JVC #boombox like this. All the standard advice to ‘don’t mix on this or that’ and they used a 10 year old boombox with a simple graphic equalizer. I stopped taking #Adderall daily 3w ago because I wasn’t sure it was really making a big difference. I had skipped it unintentionally a couple of days in the month prior and didn’t notice, which is what got me thinking about stopping. Instead of the XR I now have the regular kind for use as needed, so I had one yesterday and was pretty productive and focused over the course of the afternoon. But I fucking woke up at 5:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep. The stuff is not going to be very useful if it fucks with my sleep and worsens my symptoms the following day 😑 #adhd

It is AMAZING what catching up on #sleep can do for #MentalHealth. 3 days ago I was struggling, this morning I woke up refreshed and ready to jump back on all the horses I’ve ignored for 2w. #Sleep is the first domino of #selfcare that #ADHD-ers need to take care of. Gathering data and using technology has helped me to get back on track. When I looked at my sleep data for the month (see image), I saw how spotty sleep affected how I felt. The 2nd week was so bad that motivation cratered; I had to use last week to get my sleep back on track. I use two #iOS #apps for this: #AutoSleep (the screenshot source) and #RiseApp (it calculates #CircadianRhythms, the best times to sleep & wake, and tracks sleep debt). 3 nights of 8.5h of sleep caught me up, and I did it by going to ...
